Head of office is a court officer with lower education level whose responsibility is to handle individual files and they also perform other tasks such as dispatching postal items, keeping transcripts from the hearings etc.

Senior court officer is also partially educated in the field of law and apart from administrative operations they also perform deeds, particularly simpler legal decisions that require legal competence, however, always under instructions from the respective judge.
